HAPPIEST, HEALTHIEST YOU!

        Achieving your wellness goals can be as easy as 1,2,3.  Here's my 3 rules that I follow that may help you look and feel your best.  It's simple and effective and designed to fit  on the go lifestyle.  Hope it will be of benefit to you. Let's begin.

        First one : Get moving.  Regular exercise is the key. You've got to get moving. Exercise improves your mental state as well.  So, whatever your preferred activity, get to it.  It could be walking, running, weights, yoga, or bicycling. Doesn't matter. Just do it and do it regularly.  Make it a daily habit for life.  Remember what they say, do something 21 days straight and  you have ingrained a new habit and modified your behavior.  Go for it guys, it's 2018. A new year.  Make it a  "makeover" year for you.  Your loved ones will like the new you!

        Second one:  Make your plate a colorful one. The more colors you incorporate into your diet, the healthier you're eating.  Load  up your plates with  leafy greens, red fruits, and veggies (ie watermelon, tomatoes).  These types of food are known to promote heart health and helps keep skin  looking younger .

        Third one:  Stress management. So important to deal with one's stress in an effective manner. To not go over the deep end and just let stress take over and  debilitate you.  Taking deep breaths and  dealing with problems and challenges in life with a balance perspective.  Stress is  a major risk factor  in many diseases.  One should manage it  and control it as best as possible.  Eating right and exercising helps one also to manage stress effectively.  

         These are my 3 rules to help me stay healthy and strong.  I have been doing it for a bit and I have had good results. Hopefully,  these tips can also help you and  lead you to better health.  Take it slow and be as consistent as possible.  Just get started . One day at a time.  Inch by inch its a cinch.  Good luck with your health journey!
