If Ethereum forks, which is willful censoring of a Blockchain, what does it mean for future pegged currencies on Ethereum?

No, not in my opinion. A crypto-currency must be immutable, else it's not better than FIAT.
In the end, BitShares Pegged Assets could step up as a better alternative, if marketed correctly.

- no demurrage (Physical Gold Fault)
