This is the easiest and quickest way to split your ETC from ETH using MyEtherWallet.com or I looked around for a while at different guides on how to split your ETC but they were complicated, required updating blockchain on another computer which took way to long or flat out didn't work. This functionality is built right into MyEtherWallet.com.
Just login and if you haven't already import your wallet file direct from Mist. Unlock account and choose "Send Ether", choose to send "Only ETC", put in ETH address from non forked chain (e.g Bittrex or Poloniex) into "To Address". On the left of the screen in Account Balance this will show available ETC, just put this amount in to "Account to Send - fees and hit Generate Transaction button. This will setup The Splitter Contract for you in one easy step, if you don't allow enough for fees it will let you know. You can then check your results on the ETC block explorer in format http://gastracker.io/addr/0x0blablablablabla
