I am eSteemian video contest - Can you pitch a product in 3 seconds flat?

I am Esteemian!

I found this challenging contest by @good-karma, the very generous main developer of the eSteem app (available on the Play Store). I use eSteem app during certain times in my life when I am incredibly mobile (or don't have anywhere to sit down). Every once in a while, at random, the app generates a little boost to a comment or post made from within itself, which is a great bonus when you are starting out.

Upon internalizing this challenge, I immediately started writing up short scripts with ideas, but the hardest part was keeping them under 3 seconds. That's a lot harder than you might think! If it was 5 or 6 seconds I could have gotten away with a 'most interesting man in the world' joke, but 3 seconds was just too short for a set up and a punchline. I took my favorite joke and made it into the cover image of this post, just in case anyone would get a laugh out of this :)

So, back to our video, a one liner it is then! How can we pitch a product in an attractive way, while still suggesting the important characteristics of usability, mobility and freedom?

Take a look at what we came up with:

We even ended up cutting out all extraneous motion, leaving just the core of the message. I think it turned out really great, given the very challenging constraints, we used creativity to overcome!

I used the snook-zone again, a self-recording area set up for @snook to record her videos. You can tell that there is a curtain behind me, we lovingly call it the 'green-screen'. It is held up by a very ingenious contraption that may become the subject of a post of its own.

Blessings to All involved, from @good-karma and the other devs, to all of the participants and users of esteem!
