Winter salad with peppers, cream cheese and garlic

Products:
500 g roasted peppers
1 cup of ground walnuts
150 g of yellow cheese
150 g of cream cheese Lacrima
1 onion
3-4 cloves of garlic
½ parsley connection
salt, oil, vinegar to taste
a pinch of black pepper

Preparation:
Peel the peppers and cut them into juliens. Crush the garlic or compress it. Cut the onions. Cut the cheese into large cubes or grate it, optional. Mix all products in a bowl. Add the cream cheese and stir. Season with spices. Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.
