For outgoing / calling phone:

  1. Make sure the number you are getting is correct so that no wrong connect.

  2. After the phone is connected and there is a response from the recipient of the phone, please state your identity or if it can be followed by the identity of the calling office.

  3. Say clearly and briefly your intent and purpose as a caller.

  4. Record all answers & information you received.

  5. Always give a friendly impression and say hello cover.

  6. Close the phone first (because as a caller).

  7. Put the handset normally (not with a slam).

For incoming calls:

  1. Immediately pick up the phone before the phone rings up 3 times.

  2. Always prepare stationery to record important information.

  3. Give salutation in accordance with the time and mention your office identity.

  4. Ask the caller's identity if the caller has not notified his / her identity.

  5. Connect the caller immediately with the person being searched.

  6. Always create a good impression and thank you.

  7. To end the phone, wait until the caller closes the call first, then afterwards we (the recipient) close the phone.
