Zinedine Zidane decided to resign from his post as Real Madrid coach.
The decision was announced at the Santiago Bernabeu Zidane on Thursday (31/05/2018) local time.
The withdrawal of Zidane from the Real Madrid coach's seat was surprising given he had just won the third successive Champions League title by beating Liverpool in the final with a 3-1 victory.
Zidane is the coach who handles Madrid for three seasons.
"After three years, it takes a change, I know this is a strange moment, but I think it's the right decision," Zidane said as reported by BolaSport.com from the US.
