I was very happy seeing loving and warm gestures between my two orange cats. Since Snow passed away, there was no leader in cleaning for the other cats seriously; he was the binding factor making every cat very loving towards each other. These two younger cats would never clean each other as long as fifteen minutes as Snow did on the past. But a few minutes of cleaning was good enough for reassurance.
Within a minute, their moods suddenly changed from behaving like sweet angels turning into drunk hooligans looking out for a fight. Luckily I was standing close to the table so I walked towards them quickly. They were caught by surprised like naughty children feeling guilty of being caught red handed for doing something wrong. They both gave me an innocent look and hugged each other instead of starting a fight! I couldn’t believe what I was witnessing! Cats could think just likes children and could cover up for their mistake! These are not normal cats, they are becoming more like human everyday.
แมวที่บ้านมีนิสัยและพฤติกรรมเหมือนคนมากขึ้นทุกวัน เราดีใจมากที่เห็นแมวส้มสองตัว ดูแลกันอย่างรักใคร่สนิมสนม สมัยที่สโนวยังมีชีวิตอยู่ มันจะคอยช่วยเลียขนให้แต่ละตัวนานเกือบสิบห้านาที มันเป็นตัวเชื่อมโยงให้แมวทุกตัวรักกันและอยู่กันอย่างอบอุ่น พอเหลือกันสองตัว การดูแลกันแบบสโนวก็แทบจะไม่ได้เห็น เมื่อเราเห็นแมวส้มเลียขนให้กัน เราก็ค่อยโล่งใจ แต่แมวทำให้เราดีใจแค่สองนาที มูดของพวกมันก็เริ่มเปลี่ยน รักกันอยู่ดีๆ กลายเป็นเริ่มจะกัดกันแบบเจ็บๆ ซึ่งจะทำให้อีกตัวหนึ่งโกรธ แล้วตอบโต้ ความสงบสุขก็กลายเป็นการบาดหมางกัน
โชคดีเรายืนอยู่ไม่ไกลนัก เราก็รีบเดินมาที่โต๊ะ แมวก็ตกใจทำหน้าตาตื่น เหมือนถูกจับได้ว่าทำอะไรผิด ทันใดนั้นมันก็เปลี่ยนจากการวางมวย เป็นการกอดกันแทน เราแปลกใจมากที่พวกมันคิดได้ เหมือนเด็กซนๆที่ถูกจับได้ว่าทำความผิด และพยายามกลบเกลื่อน แมวนี่ไวมากและสามารถปรับตัวให้เข้ากับสถานการณ์ได้เร็วมาก พวกแมวนี่ไม่ธรรมดาเลย ฉลาดและเรียนรู้เร็วมาก เราก็หวังว่ามันคงยังพูดภาษาไทยไม่ได้ไปอีกนาน
Both cats pretended that nothing wrong had happened and that they just loved each other very much.
