sauteed eggplant sauce

Materials And Spices Required

Main ingredients

eggplant purple 5 pieces (cut into pieces)
5 tablespoons of cooking oil
soy sauce sufficiently
100 ml of clean water
Ground spices :

1 large pepper fruits
candlenut 3 grains
onion 3 grains
pepper 1/4 teaspoon
1/2 teaspoon salt
garlic 1 clove
sugar 1/2 teaspoon
flavored 1/4 teaspoon

Heat the oil and saute the finely prepared spices
