In this case, several Educators held a meeting discussing the growth of eSteem University in Indonesia. The meeting aims to find solutions so that the techniques and materials in the lessons presented by the educators are truly useful and in accordance with the needs of the students.
This inaugural meeting was proposed by myself to several educators who could attend, so there were some educators who were unable to meet with certain constraints. The meeting was also attended @yandot, @owner99, @arie.steem, @hattaarshavin, @khanza.aulia, @mulawarman, @marzukie, and @abduhawab.
The main issues discussed
Opening discussion by me (foways) - The main problem is the loss of steemian/eSteemian that makes the content steemit for various reasons, we know there are currently many differences that occur in steemit and for other reasons too many Flatforms like Steemit are increasingly being launched, so they are interested in joining even though the rewards are unclear. Well, here we will solve the problem by keeping them to create quality content in steemit.
The problem that I discussed was then solved by @owner99 and @arie.steem. They explained that educators especially at eSteem University Indonesia must understand the problems that are happening at this time, so that educators must create learning classes that are really sought and needed by them.
And then I add a little about that, that they educators must really know that they will even know about blockchain, so they really will need material and lessons like that. And related to the issue of content creation, they also have the right content, as I explained in the learning class a few days ago about how to create interesting content, both in terms of Title, Content, layout, and criteria for the content created.
Conclusion
Educators, especially in eSteem University Indonesia, must understand the current problems, so that educators must create learning classes that are really sought after and needed by them.

Educators must really know that they will even need knowledge about blockchain
And they learners will always really need the material and lessons discussed by the educators
