I quickly want to share some little thoughts on how motivation works.
Motivation is the driving force of our lives. It comes from the desire to succeed. Without success there is little pride in life, no enjoyment or excitement at work and at home.
Once we understand what causes motivation, we can motivate ourselves and achieve our goals and others also can be motivated.
Our internal motivation is that drive and attitude, it's contagious. Motivation is like a fire unless you keep adding fuel to it, it dies. Your fuel is your belief in your inner values, when this belief in inner values feed your motivation, your motivation becomes long lasting.
