Teri Balado Campur Petai


Materials And Spices Required

Main ingredients

200 grams of fresh anchovy flake the head
3 petai planks
1/4 teaspoon lime juice
salt to taste
right amount of oil
Ground spices:

12 curly red chillies
8 cloves of red onion
4 cloves garlic
3 pieces of candlenuts
HOW TO MAKE THE TERI AND PETAL BALADO:

Fry anchovy first until dry and crunchy, remove and drain. Fry petai briefly.
Heat 5 tablespoons of cooking oil then saute the finely ground spices until fragrant, add lime juice and salt and mix well.
Enter the anchovy and petai then cook until cooked and seasoning evenly by stirring periodically.
Serve the anchovy and petai balado while warm to increase the pleasure in eating it.
