I was very happy and excited yesterday, i even got a pic: +4:20 on the eoscountdown, how epic is that :)

When i was verifying the snapshot i found out that the registered EOS public key i have
EOS62nEDvnLaQXnPzkCHSz8RKuJRvpWEBgLUhWpZQtpVmeHgYwLxS
was not in the snapshot.
Turns out the minimum contributions, like mine of: 0.01ETH
were excluded from the snapshot...
There was a disclaimer from a FAQ from eosio running around the internet that stated it was possible that eth address with less than 1 eos could be taken out of the snapshot :

that clearly show on point 14 and i remark with bold:

The minimum contribution accepted during any period of the EOS Token distribution is 0.01 ETH. Smaller contribution amounts will be rejected.
Additionally, to minimize bloat of any genesis block configuration, any ETH wallet that holds less than 1 EOS Token or another minimum amount could be ignored by the person who configures and launches the EOS Platform based on the EOS.IO Software. This, however, will ultimately be decided by the person who configures and launches the EOS Platform.
That is basically advice to get at least 1EOS on the ETH address or you could miss all out!
Last couple of week when i was finally going for it, and i was using the eosio site to get the tokens, read about it etc, i do not recall the advice above in bold to get at least 1EOS.
the only thing i see was:

You can look at my wallet transfers, it covered 0.01ETH for the minimal contribution :)
i had to make sure i was doing things right (because i am a noob, is first time i have a eth address, new to MEW and Metamask also, i think also is my first time with blocktrades , it was all a nice thing to do :)
If i knew it was 1EOS the real minimum to have, well i had it... i had 2 STEEM and 5 SBD!
i used the 5 SBD to get the 0.01ETH+gas, and i change 2 STEEM to ETH when i found out i do not had enough for gas to register the eth address :) .
i did an attempt to send all the remaining of the ETH address ($4usd) to the EOS contract to get the most ETH to EOS i could but that trx failed, i guessed it failed probably because it was less than 0.01ETH so i let it be! i was happy with my 0.8EOS :D
i feel dump lol, but it was probably my fault so i need to get over it...
i wanted to be a part of the community since the start :) the roots, the genesis, the first BPc vote!, i even have a BPc that is a few bus stops from me!
Is this dust the remains of the rocket when launching to the moon? :)
i might need a rope to catch that rocket!, but if you are going to fast i may do not have a rope that longer!
