To be honest, I never saw the Star Wars series completely! I know the very, very, very basics!
But I did understand what @jongolson and @blainjones wanted to tell us on their Thursday Night Live last week!

I know Obi-Wan was a Master Jedi that guided Luke Skywalker the teachings of the Force so he could fight against a big threat from the Dark Side. I'm sure most of the movie time there's a lot of saber light training and failures until Luke turns into a Master Jedi himself and has the ultimate fight.
(I won't promise when but I will watch the series to know better! Forgive me, Star Wars nerds if I'm telling something wrong lol)
But what in the world is this connected to Email Marketing??
You need to email your list like you are Obi-Wan!
As a Master Jedi, or a person with your own experiences, with your Light Saber, or your tools that you use on a daily basis, you need to share it with your Padawans, all the Lukes that you have on your list!
Yep, the Hero should be always your list members!
And as a Hero, they will have their own threats, there will be Storm Troopers and Darth Vaders on the way, they will need to find their own way to fight them!
But you can show them how was your way, the weapons that you used and teach them!
You will probably see them fail a bunch of times, but you will be by their side always!
And, hopefully, you will see them fight and succeed!
And, even better, turn into Masters of the Force themselves and share their experiences with many others!
And the Fireball rolls and grows!
Your emails should be always in favor of Pulling, building trust, and creating relationships. And then, later on, you can Push your offers (you can try to sell a Saber Light lol) and eventually turn into a sale!
Once they Know, Like and Trust, Darth Vader can come with all his power, he will never win!
