"Some of the cases where the teacher is positive, the students are in the PJJ process. Most of what we see in these clusters is not because of the relaxation policy, but because of the infection conditions that occurred before when we planned to do face-to-face meetings," he said.
Furthermore, Nadiem said, the permission to conduct face-to-face learning at school is in the hands of the Regional Government (Pemda) which is also responsible for handling Covid-19 in the regions.
