Since we have a bakery....
we are only on homemade bread. It is denser and saturated with one slice. I don't buy bread anymore.
I always have wholemeal and type flour at home, live yeast and various seeds and nuts - pumpkin, sunflower, walnuts, sesame, whatever I have ....😊😊😊
Sometimes I add milk or egg. I improvise a bit in the recipes. I put everything in the bakery and then she knows her job. And after 2h.-3h. depending on the program, the house is filled with the best aroma of freshly baked homemade bread ..... and everyone wakes up in a good mood.🤗
This always takes me back to my childhood, when my grandmother cut a large slice of her bread and spread it with lyutenitsa. And I feel like Pippi from the book ... ready for white 😅Good day everyone 🙋♀️
