This is what decentralization is all about.
Watching the videos covering Steemfest it became evident to me what is taking place. We had presenters from a number of different projects who were all giving updates and road maps of where things are going.
While individually, some of these announcements didn't carry that much impact, the net effect is enormous. If half of what was discussed comes into being over the next 6-9 months, we are going to be amazed with the effects.
This is not only happening with Steem. It is taking place across the entire crypto-blockchain space. We are seeing projects expand and grow all over the place. While it is still slow, overall, it is picking up "steem" (pun intended).
