Not to my knowledge yet, the earnings are minuscule for anyone to take any action its my guess, perhaps in a not to far future dtube grows as big as a treat and they start doing something,
perhaps a % of the earnings can go to the copyright owners right?
Theres that and also steemit will start paying less and less over time, thats part of the inner workings of steemit.
