Preheat the oven to 210°C (thermostat 7).
Arrange a dough in a pie pan, prick it with 1 fork.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl (almonds powder, sugar, egg, soft butter and bitter almond extract).
Spread the mixture over the dough, put the bean on it (on one side, to minimize the chances of falling on it by cutting the wafer!).
Close the wafer with the second paste and weld the edges.
Using a knife, decorate the dough with drawings and brown it with egg yolk (diluted in a little water).
Drill small holes at the top to allow air to escape, otherwise it may swell and dry out.
Bake for about 30 minutes (wait for 25 minutes, but do not hesitate to leave until 40 minutes if necessary).
