Qurator Snap Question and SBI Comment Contest from fitinfun

Are you a member of @qurator? You should be if you post regular quality content. I have been a member since late 2017 and I should have gotten in earlier than that.

(The contest info is way at the bottom of this post if you want to see it quickly.)

Contest now over

Winners and more info is here!

If you post original content daily, and have posting for even a few weeks, @qurator has a place for you on the STEEM Blockchain. @qurator is one place that can work for you and get you good upvotes, even when you are new.

If you are posting daily to @nathanmars dtube777family initiative, I almost guarantee that @qurator will like you too, so please give it a try.

NOTE:
Some of you have almost no text in your video descriptions. This will be a problem for @qurator qualification. If English or writing are your issues and why you do not enter any text, please visit the ever helpful @majes.tytyty and ask him to assist you. He is an English teacher and many people have succeeded here because of him.

Why do I recommend @qurator?

  • daily upvotes you can rely on forever
  • optional ways to get bigger daily upvotes
  • get referrals for bigger upvotes
  • @qurator might pick your blog or post to feature (better upvotes)
  • join a great community of other steemers to see your posts, upvote, and interact with you

How can you join @qurator?

You have nothing to lose by applying to @qurator. Look here to see how to join
https://steemit.com/qurator/@qurator/the-daily-qurator-464-or-christmas-registration-special-only-2-steem

Basically:

  • You send them STEEM (only 2 STEEM now in Dec 2018; normally 4 STEEM)
  • They look at your account and approve you
    OR
  • They look at your account, reject you, and send your steem back

If they reject you, you can ask and find out why. Then you can make changes, improve, and try again.

If @qurator accepts you, you are in for life! Do nothing else but continue posting your great content, and you will get a upvote from them once each day.

If @qurator accepts you, you have multiple ways to get better votes over time.

Enter @qurator Contests

@qurator holds three weekly contests for members. Winners are determined by the votes you get from other qurator members.

The contests available are:

qurator contests2.PNG

  • Photo Friday
If you are a photographer, add one of your great shots and post link into the weekly post. Other @qurator members will vote for you if they like your shot!

  • Tasty Tuesday
If you are a food photographer, or if you sometimes post food photos, add one of your yummy food photos, and post link into the weekly post. Other @qurator members will vote for you if they wish they had your food :)

  • Toss-up Thursday
This contest is held bi-weekly. Nominate any of your posts when it is active, and you might win.

Both I and my son @bxlphabet have entered into several of these contest and both of us have won on occasion. All contests lead to better upvotes for 30 days and are very well worth your effort.

Be sure to vote to support the posts you like if you are in a weekly contest or not. Just reviewing the posts with help you do better here.

@qustodian upvotes

qustodian.PNG

@qustodian is a @qurator upvote service you can pay for once each day. You send 0.30 (or so) sbd and your post link in a wallet memo. Soon after that, an upvote comes your way. Often, they do not have enough power to vote the whole 0.30, so you will get a refund for the difference.

I have used many voting bots over my time on steemit, and @qustodian gives me one of the best returns I get. I usually use it once each day on a 2-3 day old post. Others I know of use it in the first day, in part of their effort to get on “trending” or “hot”. Either way, you will get a better payout when all is said and done.

Upvote @qurator posts

If you put @qurator and/or @qurator-tier-1-2 on your autovoter, you will get good curation rewards, support the program to grow, AND get bigger upvotes on your posts. Here is an old post I did about using @steemdunk as my free autovoter.
https://steemit.com/steemdunk/@fitinfun/who-is-on-my-steemdunk-and-a-giveaway

I wrote this post in Spring 2018 and have different accounts I vote for now, but the principles are the same

  • support who you want to support
  • spend less time upvoting
  • get better curation rewards

This is how I upvote @qurator posts and @qurator-tier-1-2 posts every day, without a lot of effort.

Delegate to @qurator

If you have sp to spare, (ha!) delegation will give you a bigger daily upvote

Subscibe to @qurator with monthly STEEM

I take advantage of this program. Sending 1.6 STEEM per month is another way to get bigger upvotes.

More ways to do better with @qurator!

@qurator has a voting trail set up and is doing an ICO. There is only so much room in my head, so I have not looked into either one of those options yet.

Referrals

If you decide to join @qurator because you saw this post, I will be so grateful if you let them know I referred you. This is how you do that.

Mention my name when you send your 2 STEEM by adding “referred by @fitinfun” in your wallet transfer memo.

I will get a $1 SBD upvote from @qurator just because you are awesome!

Write a post like this one to get a @qurator upvote and resteem

I know you will love @qurator as much as I do. Once you have been in a few weeks, write a post like this one. Let @qurator know you published a post about them, and see what happens.

Alert! If you are multi-lingual

If you write in another language, do it for your promo post! @qurator is actively reaching out to our international communities and you can help. The more we grow in other languages, the better for steemit as a whole. So many people are here that do not write in English and regular @qurator votes will help them too.

Join the @qurator discord Channel

For help, I advise joining the @qurator discord channel
https://discord.gg/pJtWp57
I was late in doing that, now my @qurator experience is even better, so do not forget that step. I go in every day and click out to see the newest qblog posts and ask my questions there now. I can find the recent posts quickly and take action to vote for the cool posts I find and follow new people I have not met before.

Is there anything I do not like about @qurator?

I am really happy with @qurator and I love the upvotes and support I get. The only thing I will say, is that sometimes things are complicated and I do not understand what I need to do for any given idea.

If you are dumb like me, you might not understand everything.

But there is wonderful news to solve that problem. All you need to do is ask a question on any @qurator post or in their discord channel. You will quickly get an answer from one of the admins, so you know what to do.

Enter the SBI Comment Contest for this post!

  • Anything else you want to say?
