We as a society must see people with disabilities as part of diversity. In this context, the government must provide education. And there must be opportunities and equality between diffable and normal people. Every citizen including persons with disabilities has the same rights, the same opportunities and the same position before the law. It also includes getting the same treatment and facilities from the state.
"There are two obstacles, accessibility and stigma. If we haven't changed the stigma, the paradigm will be exclusive.
