[UPDATE] PUSHUP CHALLENGE 2018


HELLO EVERYONE!

UPDATE: RECENTLY COMPLETED 1 WEEK OF STANDING PUSHUPS (ENDED WITH 50 PUSHUPS/SESSION TWICE IN A DAY). THIS WEEK I'M GOING TO CHALLENGE MYSELF WITH THE NORMAL PUSHUPS, AND APPLY THE CONCEPT OF PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD IN INCREASING THE NUMBER OF PUSHUPS/DAY.
