Begin to relax. And allow your eyes to close. And as your relax your eyes, and just take a nice deep breath, you can allow yourself to drift.
And I'd like you to imagine that you can see the blue of the sky and feel the warmth of the sun, and now there's really nothing for your conscious mind to do right now, as you continue to journey inwards into total peace; ease and peace throughout your body and mind.
Begin to relax and let go.
And begin to relax more and more, deeper and deeper. Relaxing and releasing. A little deeper. Just easily and peacefully relaxed, unwinding. And feel a sense of peace and calm. It's just draining away. It really doesn't matter.
Completely let go.
Instruments:
Percussion: Standard drum kit (kick, ride and snare), clap.
Stringed/ Other - Full orchestra, emphasis on violins, dramatically slowed grand piano and harp.
Field recordings: Outside (park/jungle gym adjacent [w/ minimal vocals]). birds chirping, chimes (wind & kit), stream, lightly crashing waves, (various creative commons female vocal stabs)
