This is Fred Chekhovskiy, age 24. He thought he was there to meet a 15 year old to chill with at his house, but instead he got Dirty South Chad. While this man did not get sexual, he didn't think there was anything wrong with meeting a 15 year old girl to take back to his house. As you can see, when he was confronted he first tried to deny it then said he was there doing what we do. Liar, just like the rest of them.
