Hello Everyone,
As you may already know, I have had immense trouble sleeping over the past few weeks. I have no idea why. Maybe it’s the heat, maybe it’s something else. I would really like to know what it is though. I haven’t been eating sweet or drinking caffeine before bed, so why am I struggling to get a decent nights kip? I had about 4 hours sleep last night and that was after dropping two sleeping pills. I did have a couple of dreams.
Thursday 28th June 2018
I dreamed I saw Jordan in a high rise hotel. She was hovering over the edge of a panoramic window. She looked like she was being sick. At one point it looked like she had almost fallen out of the window by the way she jolted back. Then she said ”Oh my God!! Did you see that?!?! I almost fell out and died!!!”
Then I dreamed I was in some cave with a middle aged Asian woman. I couldn’t see any way out when I looked upwards. She was talking to be about the cave, but I can’t remember what it was she specifically said. Then she showed me a biggish hole that was formed on the rock we were sat on. She pointed downwards. All I could see were lots of spikes that were formed from both the top and the bottom of the cave. Everything was in different shades of black and grey. I didn’t want to get too close to the hole as I thought I might fall in and there would be no was out.
Both dreams included falling. I can’t remember the last time I had a dream about falling. Certainly not in the last 6 months. I don’t know why I dreamed about Jordan. She has been in the papers lots recently. She isn’t one of my favourite characters either. I can still hear her screeching inside my head! I wouldn’t like to be trapped in a cave either. I’ve always had this fear of being sandwiched between layers of stone or rock. That frightens the hell out of me.
