Hello Everyone,
I didn’t sleep very well last night. I woke up at 4am. I was awake for easily an hour or so. When I did fall to sleep, I suffered sleep paralysis twice! I didn’t want to lie down again after that. I did have some dreams though before the episode happened. Here they are.
Thursday 17th May 2018
I dreamed I was in my very first job staff room. I was there with my very first manager. No word of a lie, he is 7 foot tall! He kept telling me he was going on a date with a guy that used to be the regional trainer in my last job. Then another manager turned up. She was the one from yesterday’s dream. We were all sat round a table talking about compliance and how the branch failed miserably until ’she’ took over.
I kept looking over at the female manager as thought she was pregnant. She wasn’t. She was sat with her knees up her jumper. The 7 foot tall manager had brought me a cake to say thanks for being good at my job. I kept asking him what cake it was because I can’t have anything too hard or sticky. He kept saying ”Well you don’t have to have it!” He said it in such a way that made me feel bad. I said it would be fine. The cake wasn’t a cake. It was an oat biscuit with jam on top! Disappointed!
Then he said I could have the cigarettes out of his coat pocket as he was buying some more. I don’t smoke. Next thing, I was standing under a shower. The shower was off but I was soaking wet with a towel round me! Everyone was looking at me!!
Hmm, everyone I dreamed about was everyone I have worked with. he first manager I haven’t seen for over 20 years! Why would I dream of him giving me his cigarettes? I don’t smoke. The cake sounded like a nice thought, but when I saw it I was gutted! I do love cake. It’s definitely up there as an offer to be bribed! I wonder why the female manager featured again? I have no idea why I ended up standing under a shower totally soaked. Made it even worse with everyone staring at me!
