Morning All,
I fell asleep really early last night. I have to say I really wanted to eat something sweet but I knew I would feel guilty afterwards. I decided to snuggle with a hot water bottle. That’s when I fell asleep. I’m glad I woke up this morning knowing I hadn’t had any sugar. I did wake up initially at 4am and I didn’t drift back until 6am. Then I woke up at 8am, still sleepy but I knew I had to get up.
Tuesday 12th March 2018
I dreamed I was driving my husband’s car on the motorway. The road was very wet where it had been raining. I was in the outside lane. I saw in the distance the road was flooded and the road was blocked with trapped cars. I managed to stop in time so I didn’t hit the cars that were blocking the road. I was relieved! Then I saw a big lorry on the other side of the road and it was skidding, fast approaching me. It started to jackknife and I knew I didn’t have time to get out of the way. I sat bracing myself for impact. I felt my body tense up. A few moments later, nothing had happened. I thought because it was still on it’s way to hit me. I peered out of one eye as I was sure I was going to witness my own death, but nothing! Everything was dark and as silent as silence could be.
Then I dreamed about a friend I met when he was DJ ing in the bar I used to go to all the time. He rang my mobile from a Skype account. I could barely hear what he was saying. It sounded like he was asking me where his car was. I tried to re confirm this but the line rang off. He rang me again and asked me where his car was. Again, I could barely hear him, but I replied ”Why would I know where you left your car?!”
These are the two dreams I had last night. The first one was pretty scary. I was sure the lorry was going to hit me and I was waiting for my death to happen. The feeling was so real! I don’t know why I dreamed of this particular person. I haven’t seen him for years, he doesn’t have my number and I’m pretty sure he doesn’t drive! I can’t wait to tell him about it so see what he thinks.
