Morning PeakD,
Surprise surprise! Last night i dreamed about an airport again. This time the focus wasn’t on me travelling, but I was watching some people travelling… or at least trying to. Read on to find out more.
Friday 13th November 2020
I dreamed about a couple who were trying to get away on holiday. They were queueing at the check in desk with loads of other passengers. They weren’t queueing in a line as you would expect the people to. The area looked more like the seating before you board a plane. The couple were quite middle aged. In their 50s - 60s. As they were waiting to find out why everything was being delated, another load of passengers walked into the area. The woman was getting pretty annoyed as she had been waiting hours already and other people were approaching and then going ahead of her. Then I stepped in and said to these passengers ”This woman has waited hours! You can’t just push in and queue jump!”
Even though I really wasn’t there in my dream, at that point I just had to step in and say something. A few moments later, two members of staff turned up on two desks and they were seeing the passengers. I was still in the dream by this point and I was standing behind the woman and the man. I don’t know why I did as I knew it was going to be ages before I could get seen. Even though the other queue was miles long, it would have been quicker to be in the back of that queue than to be second to this middle aged couple. Then I heard the woman ask the female staff her name. She said ’1066’, but this wan’t her name. It was the name of the desk she was working on, but the woman took it as the staff members name.
A travel dream again. Mind you, it felt like destination no where! I really feel like my dream is trying to tell me something. Firstly all the airport and plane dreams and a previous one where I didn’t even make it through departures. This time I didn’t even make it through check in! I wonder if this is because I need to break free from staying indoors because of Covid and get my life back on track. I hope if I have another travel dream I make it somewhere… and somewhere nice and relaxing at that!
