Recipe of Donuts

Ingredients:

  • 500 grams of high protein flour
  • 50 gr of milk powder
  • 50 gr sugar
  • 15 grams of yeast
  • 100 grams of steamed potatoes
  • 75 gr margarine
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 250 ml of cold water

How to make:

  • mix flour, sugar, milk powder, and mixed yeast. Add the smooth potatoes, egg yolks and cold water in a container mix well to half smooth

  • Enter the butter and salt, repeat until smooth elastic. Let stand for 15 minutes

  • For the mixture of 50 grams each, round and let stand again for 20 minutes until fluffy

  • Punch in the middle and fry until brownish yellow. Just once back so that the oil does not sink in much.

  • Lift, drain. Give a sprinkling of refined or ornamental sugar according to taste

  • Masukkan mentega dan garam, ulen kembali hingga kalis elastis. Diamkan selama 15 menit
  • Bagi adonan masing-masing 50 gr, bulatkan dan diamkan kembali selama 20 menit hingga mengembang
  • Lubangi tengahnya dan goreng hingga kuning kecoklatan. Cukup sekali balik agar minyak tidak banyak meresap.
  • Angkat, tiriskan. Beri taburan gula halus atau hias sesuai selera
