Phil has been in the Investment business since 1962. He was the Managing Director of Fox Asset Management,, Phil was on the Investment Committee, the Strategy committee, and the Management Committee.
Phil was the Vice President of PaineWebber (now UBS) Investment Consulting services. Worked with Financial Advisors nationwide, setting Investment Policy, Asset Allocation, hiring outside Managers , and monitor results. Phil was the Vice President consulting services for Merrill Lynch.
