Dlive has released a new version of the site with a chat room completely excluded from the blockchain. Unfortunately, the current DCR will not read new chat (it will only read real blockchain comments written on Steemit). Dlive does not give any API to their chat so far. You can continue to use the upvote notifications, comments to with TTS and new chat window without TTS.
