Hola amigos de hive, en esta oportunidad quiero compartir con ustedes algunas fotos de lo que fue mi entrenamiento del día de ayer. Mi entrenamiento lo suelo basar en 2 fases: 1 combos y trucos libres, 2 rutina de fortalecimiento. Espero les guste mucho mi postura y técnica en los estáticos, vamos a por más y siempre en constante aprendizaje.
