Why Sidney Powell - Gen. Flynn's Attorney - should be appointed US Attorney General and Reform its Systemic Corruption to Restore the Rule of Law

Introduction

Recently, I've been listening to Sidney Powell - General Flynn's current attorney - and I must saw that she's impressive as hell.

What a sharp, articulate, and refreshing person. Her alluring voice alone, is enough to capture your full attention, for when she speaks you know right away that you are dealing with a genuine, one of a kind, tour de force.

With over 500 cases as lead counsel, she's the real deal in what constitutes an honest, highly knowledgeable, and meticulously-driven attorney. Here's a short background, as per her own website:

Sidney the Attorney represents individuals, corporations, and governments in federal appeals in complex commercial litigation. She has practiced law, primarily in the Fifth Federal Circuit for decades. She has been lead counsel in more than 500 federal appeals—350 of them as an Assistant United States Attorney and Appellate Section Chief in the Western and Northern Districts of Texas. She is a past president of the American Academy of Appellate Lawyers and the Bar Association of the Fifth Federal Circuit, and a member of the American Law Institute.

Sidney Powell, from a June 30, 2020 interview on American Thought Leaders

After merely minutes of listening to her speak, you will be instantly mesmerized by her gifted ability to explain complicated matters in the simplest of fashion. This is a quality that is highly needed in today's corrupt environment - particularly when it comes to the politicization of the rule of law.

In the summer of 2019 she was appointed to be General Flynn's new attorney.

General Flynn, and the American people for that matter, owe her a huge debt of gratitude. She has turned a highly politicized case that was grossly mishandled by Gen. Flynn's previous counsel and built such a solid team and case that demonstrated without a doubt that Flynn was set up.

She advised Flynn not to take any deals, as he was innocent. In the interview I will post hereunder, she explains how the US Government's army of attorneys often push (and get) plea deals even thought the vast majority of the time, the accused are completely innocent of their charges.

She has also written about these kinds of egregious abuses that are systemic in the U.S. Judicial system in her recent book entitled LICENSED TO LIE: Exposing Corruption in the Department of Justice

Fast-Forward to late June and early July of this year, the case against Flynn proving his innocence and exonerating him from any misdoings is all but done with the exception of a highly corrupt (or at least strong-armed/brownstoned/coerced) judge in Emmit Sullivan who has repeatedly refused to entirely drop the case (going against all legal precedent and duty).

emmit_sullivan.jpg

Judge Emmit Sullivan, source: ZeroHedge

As per the recent ZeroHedge headline Flynn Judge Defies Appeals Court, Asks For Full Review Of Order To Drop Case and article, it is stated that judge Emmit Sullivan is refusing to accept the results of a federal appeals court three-judge decision ordering him to dismiss the case against the former national security adviser. Moreover, the article states: "Judge Emmet Sullivan has instead asked the appeals court for an 'en banc' review of the decision - meaning the entire panel of all active judges on the court would re-hear the case."

Put simply, he is trying to use every trick in the book not to dismiss the case.

Even though Powell had previously and on numerous occasions praised this very same judge for doing the opposite, his stubbornness in this case is proving a downright abuse of his power and authority.

So, one has to wonder what, or perhaps more fittingly who is coercing this judge to not dismiss this case.

One can think only of those at the highest echelons of power which could coerce him into such appalling behavior - most likely the one who is ultimately at the head of the whole made up case against Flynn - Mr. Barack Obama himself.

Either that or he has been brownstoned (let's hear it from Ghislaine?) and blackmailed to act in this way for fear of his own life being destroyed.

The whole affair has the appeal of a major Hollywood blockbuster. And I wouldn't be surprised to see a film in the future about this very sordid affair. I wonder who would play Flynn and Powell. I'd be first in line at the movie theater to get a ticket for this one!

The Interview

Anyway, without elaborated too much on this particular case, I'd rather shift my focus on that which is indicated in the headline of this post. Namely, how Sidney Powell would make an excellent U.S. Attorney General (in lieu of a very inept and bumbling William Barr).

The American public and many around the world have been appalled about the systemic corruption and lack of indictments and prosecution against countless high level officials - both on Wall Street and in the political halls of Washington D.C. - for their egregious crimes.

American "justice" is currently viewed by the majority of citizens as a two-tiered system - one for the rich and powerful and the other for common folk. And, frankly, their bloody sick of it.

If you don't have proper rule of law, you won't have a true republic. And many feel that if this is not restored, it will be the end of what made the United States of America a free and fair constitutional republic.

With these in mind, I'd like to state why I think Mrs. Powell would be right for the job, or at least to help reform the system. I will do this by citing many of the things she said in a recent interview where I believe she gets to the crux of the matter.

I can think of no other person who has such a clear grasp on the status quo and what needs to change.

So, here we go with these very telling and palpable highlights.

The interview, Sidney Powell: Inside the Michael Flynn Case and DOJ Reform, was aired on June 30, 2020 on American Thought Leaders:

Highlights: (with emphasis added, and my occasional commentary

When asked about why General Flynn has been so quiet, she stated:

45:28 POWELL: He [Flynn] has tried to let the system work its way out. That's what I've been determined to see happen; to make the justice system itself work and to pound on the Department of Justice to do the right thing here and restore its own reputation by moving to dismiss and acknowledge the wrong conduct of its agents and attorneys. That is hugely important to restoring peoples' confidence in the rule of law, the FBI, and the Justice of Department.
CIt's an imperative. It's imperative that the Department of Justice return to the time when it would self-correct...When I was an Assistant U.S. Attorney, I was raised to tell the judge the truth - whatever it was. The good, the bad, and the ugly...That's the way an Assistant U.S. Attorney is supposed to be. Somewhere in the last twenty years we lost that. We came to a time when people think the end justifies the means. They're using the law as a weapon to destroy people, innocent people; to destroy peoples' lives and that's not what our system of justice is about. So, the Department of Justice has to start standing up for the right thing.

Elaborating on the reform that is needed, Powell continues and says it can be done. And it has to be done if we are to survive as a constitutional republic built on the rule of law.

48:02 POWELL: I'd fire any prosecutor that intentionally violated the Brady Rule; I would make it known immediately. If you know you have intentionally violated the rule that requires you to produce exculpatory evidence to any defendant, or you have criminalized innocent conduct, you made up a crime, you got two minutes to give me your resignation.

This is the kind of person that is needed to clean up the swampy mess - one that has the courage to immediately fire those who abuse their power.

She then offers other recommendations.

49:12 POWELL: We cannot have government officials trusted with the power of the sovereign of the United States of America lying to federal judges.

49:34 POWELL: And another is the FBI should be required to record all its interviews...And people should be told at the beginning that anything they say can be used against them by the FBI or a court. And it's a federal felony to lie to an FBI agent. And then decide whether they want to cooperate with the FBI or not. And if it's not recorded, it should not be used for any purpose.

In her final remarks, she states the following.

50:12 POWELL: The FBI actually made up false statements that they then charged General Flynn with; they altered the FBI report of the interview since it wasn't recorded. They [the FBI] didn't put in things he did say that were true, and they added things to it, claiming he said them, that he did not say.

_quote-2.jpg

51:11 INTERVIEWER: And so, your prescription for agents that do this sort of thing is pretty clear.

50:12 POWELL: Yep. Fire them yesterday! At a minimum. And frankly, what they've done is obstruction of justice for which they should be prosecuted. The Department of Justice is gonna have to start prosecuting agents and lawyers who lie to the court and make up crimes against innocent people.

Advocacy for Reform & Sidney Powell for U.S. Attorney General!

I also came across another splendid video in which Sidney Powell appears entitled How to Fix Justice posted by Hillsdale College on Mar 11, 2020. You can watch the video hereunder:

In it, Powell straight shoots it to an enthralled audience mesmerized by her candor and knack to lay the egregious crimes of corrupt and narcissistic government officials, lawyers, and judges who are destroying the rule of law - the James Comeys, Hillary Clintons, Robert Muellers, et al.

Americans are fed up of this level of egregious criminality, arrogance and abuses committed in a two-tiered justice system.

And Powell definitely has the backing of honest, critical thinking Americans who desire real change and reform, for if it doesn't happen the Marxist system that has been rolling out in the past decade or so from the Obama administration will shutter truth, freedom, and justice for all.

As it is my understanding that it is the President of the United States who can appoint a person in the position of U.S. Attorney General, I would strongly urge all of those reading this post to somehow get the message to him.

We are not seeing the results needed, especially indictments and convictions of these bad actors, by the current incumbent in William Barr. So, Mr. Trump, fire his ass and appoint the woman that has more cojones than he will ever have.

Help Support General Flynn

General Flynn has been quiet in what must have been and absolutely horrifying ordeal.

His courage and determination in the face of this mess has been nothing short of miraculous.

If he were to go down with this gross display of injustice, then any American could.

His legal fees from his previous counsel amounted to (from what I've heard) over $3 million. They encouraged him to take a plea deal (for lying to the FBI) when, in fact, it was discovered that he had not and that the Dept. of Justice officials and FBI agents abused their power and authority at every imaginable level (hope to see these parasites prosecuted and jailed in the near future!).

Thank God he now has Sidney Powell on his side.

One way you can support General Flynn is by contributing to his defense fund. The web site mikeflynndefensefund.org/.

Thanks all.
