Views of Life Through Some Addictions

A person needs to have a habit to overcome the boredom of life at certain points of time. This aspect is well known in the past. But, now a days we need to earn something on our habits. One's habit maybe someone's need and we need to seize the opportunity to earn a little as side income. The pleasure of earning money on something that we wanted to do as a habit is immense. For some it can be writing a poem, for some it can be an article, there are plenty of habits which can make money nowadays. It's upto us if we wanted to do it that way or not. The slow turn of a habit into addiction make us do it more through time.

As for me, I'm addicted to tea. My daily morning routine includes a compulsory cup of tea. The thoughts provoked by the intake of tea for me so great. If I write an article while having tea, I don't stop thinking neither about the sentence formation nor what to write next, my mind simply goes on until the article is completed. Before the starting of writing an article and after the completion of the article having tea gives me immense pleasure. Using our cell phones is also one type of addiction these days. But what we are gathering from that mobile usage time is called productivity. The knowledge we accumulate from that time spending using mobile needs to put to use otherwise there is no good deed.

Some have an addiction of doing daily exercise, believe me I'm not one of them 🤭 but there are some people who are addicted to doing exercises early in the morning. They seem to be upset if they don't do it daily and miss even one day. These are productive addictions. They improve our health. Painting is a habit, some are settled earning through their habit of painting only. Some people are addicted to exposing their richness or pride. These type of people seek validation from others and they seem to give themselves the credit depending on how much others give credit for them. These type of Addictions are not good. The skill of exploiting others works and manage yours is also an addiction and it is a bad one.

Some people's work environment doesn't link with their habits. For them the work life is one form of earning money for the improvement of their lives. These people whenever they get free time they don't waste it for unnecessary things, they simply sharpen their habits and make use of it. The bad habits that become addictions such as smoking, drinking needs to be dropped as there is less to nothing use of this addictions in our lives. Some say drinking alcohol may help to cope with the loss of something or to a form a enjoy, but neither is true. If we improve our habits, in time they will become addictions and no matter what we do, there will always be sparing some time to those activities which we are addicted. Someone said if we do a particular task for 21 days without dropping from it in the middle, we can turn that task into a habit.

Having tea, doing exercises, writing articles, painting, playing music, singing, writing a story, sports etc., these and all are the type of habits which can be addicted if we try hard enough.
