Electroneum (ETN) to $1 billion market cap?

The British ICO seemed to struggle in the first few months of development with several delays and re-launches in late 2017 but will we soon see the day that the coin hits a landmark goal of a $1 billion market capital? The coin had a bumpy start with several external attacks from hackers during the wallet development process resulting in a 1 month delay on the release of online wallets containing the coins purchased in the ICO, however with huge support from the community and those involved with the coin we saw a second release date of December 14th.
The coin is currently only available on the Cryptopia exchange paired with Bitcoin and the US Dollar but this is all due to change with HitBTC announcing that they will soon adopt the coin on their exchange within the next month (schedule not confirmed). Is this Electroneums chance to make the leap to a $1 billion market cap? In 2018 so far the coin has been floating around the $600-900 million market cap range with no real significant spikes apart from on the 6th of January where the price took a hike following the HitBTC news.

I guess all we can do is sit and wait to see if the HitBTC exchange can launch ETN to the moon or whether it will simply just continue on its slow and steady path to $1 billion.
