Does Steemit Have the Power to Eradicate World Hunger and Poverty?

If you think about and add up the numbers, Steemit has the power to help eradicate and end world hunger and poverty in the easiest way possible to them and that's by simply using Steemit!

Because Steemit works on a decentralized blockchain cryptocurrency that rewards it's users for interaction, the countries that need the most help can take advantage of that to its fullest potential.

While most of the countries and people that need the help the most, don't quite often even have access to a computer or mobile device of any kind let alone an Internet connection. But with Google and Facebook doing what they can to bring the Internet for free to more corners of the earth with 24/7 drones and balloons.

Plus with the price of technology dropping for computers new and old, more and more people are able to connect to the Internet today than before and therefore easily take advantage of that through Steemit.

More world powers need to realize just how effective this revolutionary new side of the Internet can be for their countries. Because on a grand scale of things, there's the potential to earn millions per country!

Do the math and crunch some numbers!

Even the single user can rack up some serious upvotes and see their post reach over 1k quickly and subsequent answer do rather pretty as well. There are some shocking posts you will see that either have hardly much in them or aren't very appealing on a general scale that can do quite well and rack up something significant.

But if just one person was to earn say, just $100 per good post and there was say 10,000 people doing that a day. They could effectively and collectively earning $100,000 a day. Or $7,000,000 per week. Or $28,000,000 per month. That was to say, assuming they could pool together that many people in a national program whether people in their own country or people in other countries too to make it happen.

I don't know any country that wouldn't benefit from an extra $28 million per month going into it do you?

Could This Really Happen?

There are inevitably many implications and we're talking about a near global operation and making a lot of assumptions. No ifs buts or maybes, the numbers don't lie. But it's just the infrastructure doesn't quite lie there in all places that it needs to make those connections to make it all happen and come about.

But imagine for a minute if it really was possible and we could do that through Steemit. It could go on to potentially wipe out world hunger and poverty. Provided it was to all happen and an infrastructure was built around and from it for each country that needed it and I know there's probably a lot of holes in the theory but the numbers speak for themselves and they're more than enough to make it happen.

Don't you think?
