The Internet of Things (IoT) refers to objects: devices and machines that are interconnected and identifiable through digital networks.

Introduction

Technology has evolved at supersonic speed, over the years the metamorphosis of technology is evident in the way we live and how we do things, clearly represented in the world today are the fingerprints of the undeniable influence of technology.

Over the years, the metamorphosis of technology birthed a widespread revolution. There seem to be a sudden obsession for better and faster ways of doing things with the aid of technological innovations.

This revolution however, is a double-edged sword, although sustaining the capacity of enhancing the life of humanity, the obsession for better innovations has resulted in most technologies becoming outdated, despite being released in such a short time.

However, despite this trend, Artificial Intelligence has remained consistent through the years.

The Benefits of Internet of Things

Anyone conversant with technological trends is aware of smart technology or atleast must have heard of smart homes.

Innovative products like Google Home has developed Artificial Intelligence to ensure interoperability of household appliances and grant users with the ability to control everything via voice prompts or from their smartphone.

The Internet of Things also allows the appliances to interact with one another and function automatically based on pre-set

Imagine the comfort that brings:

You can switch on the coffee maker before you get out of bed

You can switch on/off the television from wherever you are, so as to ensure the children keep to routine

The benefits are innumerable

The Problem

Interoperability of appliances and smart technology has evolved through the years, from transmitting via electrical lines to the present day connection via Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.

Asides from Wi-Fi having a limiting factor of transmitting signal to areas that are within 100meters, signals from different low power wide area networks can collide with that of the Wi-Fi because they operate in the same frequency, which could result to loss of useful data.

The Internet of Things is a topic that has undergone rigorous scrutiny and reforms, however it's goal has remained the same: **To merge and coordinate connected things(devices) to the internet, whilst retrieving the data that results from these networks.

However, the utilization of these data is at its barest minimum, owning to the current available methods: Asides from the limited area reach of the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, 3G/4G which is a close alternative, consumes a lot of battery power, automatically increasing maintenance costs.

Judging from this, it is obvious the available implementations for data network are too expensive and offer very low usability.
Therefore, there is the need for a new innovation: a technology capable of satisfying the ever growing demand for wide area network.

The Solution: MXCs' MXProtocol and LPWAN

MXC stands for Machine Xchange Coin

MXC is a decentralized infrastructure, powered by blockchain which incorporates LPWAN(Low Power Wide Access Network) and MXProtocol in utilizing machine generated data, in order to cater for IoT's and eliminate collision between parties.

MXC understands the ever increasing demand for data in recent years and is well aware of the recent innovation in employing AI in retrieving data.

This AI retrieved data has coined a new name for date: Machine-based data

The interactions between machines have grown rapidly in recent times and has resulted in the generation of data that is constant and reliable, totally ridding the world of the inconsistency and unreliability that comes with people-generated data.

Machine generated data is here to stay and MXC has encouraged has ecosystem where big corporations as well as individual network users can participate in the building of a decentralized and secure LPWAN that is rewarding.

LPWAN- Low Power Wide Access Network

LPWAN was introduced as a solution to the limitations of Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and 3G/4G networks.

These other networks are not in themselves bad, however they were created to serve a purpose of connecting people rather than connecting data generated by devices, and as such the fashioning of their operations cannot cater for the enormous machine-generated data.

MXProtocol

MXProtocol makes it possible to have interoperability of devices connected to the internet without having data collision.

MXProtocol allows the merging and coordination of networks, and encourages the exchange of data between connected devices easily and uninterrupted.

MXProtocol focuses on three foundational pillars:

• Extend and support the massive device data economy

• Utilize the decentralized “sharing economy”

• Trade of assets within the current coin economy

Conclusion.

With the world catching up with technological advancements and innovations, IoTs are here to stay. The demand for data is continually increasing as each day goes by, this automatically means Machine-based data is also here to stay.

MXC is a perfect blend of the needed solutions to address the problems of data collision and
inconsistencies of current data network implementations.

It only gets better with MXC, whose ecosystem is strategically designed to accommodate corporations as well as individuals.

MXC truly is the future of Internet of Things.
