Airdrops are free cryptocurrencies that the creators give out to the community for reasons best known to them. It could be for advertising purposes, adoption purposes, scamming purposes, etc.
Airdrops are free so you aren't expected to spend anything to get them. This tells you that any airdrop that tells you to pay a particular amount of money could be a scam.
Airdrops aren't supposed to take anything from you like a fee or your password or something private and of personal use. If any airdrop tells you so, then consider that airdrop a high risk airdrop, probably a scam.
