With more calm for my obsessions and with absolute dedication, I wanted to show this building that I found very nice and above all very old. This time, unlike the last one, I went on my own because I have an acquaintance who lives there and I wanted to know the place because it has a very particular history.
It all started because Bastian, this acquaintance who lives in this building, told me that about 60 years ago in that same building there was a very controversial murder that was on the front page of all the newspapers and news of all the TV news, it turns out that it was a very strong murder and caused a lot of mystery. The story goes that a body was found lying dead on the terrace asphyxiated with a rope and on the other hand another body in the basement of the building with 33 stab wounds and I say basement and not garages because it was a very old building of those that did not have garages.
The issue was that this double crime was very controversial because all the stairs of the building were found all bloody from the fifth to the second floor, but from the fifth to the terrace and from the first to the basement, there was no trace of blood, not even a tiny drop.
Imagine entering the building of your house and when I get out of the elevator on the third floor you find the stairs exploded with blood down and up, automatically panic would be the first thing that would happen to me, and then the next thing would be to want to see where all that blood goes and that's what happened.
When one of the neighbors came across this unknown automatically, he started ringing the bell to the neighbors nearby to ask for help because he didn't know what to do. then the whole building became alert, the police and an ambulance came. At that moment the security forces took control of the situation and had to close the building and could not let anyone out of the building, they inspected each of the apartments trying to find out where these people came from and who the murderer was. The truth is that the investigation was very long, imagine more than 40 apartments with at least 2 people per apartment, that is an inexhaustible amount of people to interrogate to take fingerprints and so on.
At the crime scene no forced doors were found, neither the rope with which one of the victims was strangled nor the stabbing weapon with which the other was stabbed was found and for a long time it was a very hard case but there was no way to find the murderer so it remained as the mystery of the building and there is a whole mystique about this building, which I was completely unaware of, so when he told me this whole story I wanted to go to the building and see where they found the bodies of those two poor murdered people.
The case remained inconclusive and the mystery is still alive.

Con más calma por mis obsesiones y con una dedicación absoluta, tenía ganas de mostrar este edificio que me pareció muy lindo y sobre todo muy antiguo. Esta vez a diferencia de la última fui por mi cuenta sin más porque, tengo un conocido que vive allí y quise conocer el lugar porque tiene una historia bastante particular.
Todo comenzo porque Bastian, este conocido que vive en este edificio, me conto que hace unos 60 años aproximadamente en ese mismo edificio hubo un asesinato muy controvercial que fue portada de todos los diarios y noticia de todos los noticieros de la tele, resulta que fue un asesinato bastante fuerte y causo mucho misterio. La historia cuenta que se encontró un cuerpo que yacía muerto en la terraza asfixiado con una cuerda y por otro lado otro cuerpo en el subsuelo del edificio con 33 puñaladas y digo subsuelo y no cocheras por era un edificio muy antiguo de esos que no contaban con cocheras.
La cuestión fue que este doble crimen fue muy controversial porque todas las escaleras del edificio las encontraron todas ensangrentadas desde el quinto hasta el primer piso, pero del quinto hasta la terraza y desde el primer hasta el subsuelo, no había ningún rastro de sangre ni una ínfima gota.
Imagínense entrar al edificio de tu casa y cuando salgo del ascensor en el tercer piso te encontras con las escaleras explotadas de sangre para abajo y para arriba, entrar en pánico automaticamente seria lo primero que me pasaria, y después lo siguiente sería querer ver a donde va toda esa sangre y eso fue lo que pasó.
Cuando uno de los vecinos se encontró con esta incógnita automáticamente , empezó a tocar timbre a los vecinos que estaban cerca para pedir ayuda porque no sabia que hacer. entonces todo el edificio se puso en alerta, vino la policía y una ambulancia. En ese momento las fuerzas de seguridad tomaron control sobre la situación y tuvieron que cerrar el edificio y no pudieron dejar salir a nadie del edificio inspeccionaron cada uno de los departamentos intentando encontrar de donde salieron esas personas y quien había sido el asesino. Lo cierto es que la investigación fue larguísima, imaginense más de 40 departamentos con como mínimo 2 personas por vivienda, osea una cantidad de personas para interrogar para tomar huellas y demás inagotables.
En la escena del crimen no se encontraron puertas forzadas no se encontró ni la soga con quien se estranguló a una de las víctimas y tampoco el arma punzante con la que apuñalaron a la otra y durante muchísimo tiempo fue un caso muy trabajado pero no hubo forma de encontrar al asesino así que quedó como el misterio del edificio y hay toda una mística sobre este edificio, que yo desconocía completamente, asique cuando me contó toda esta historia quise ir a conocer el edificio y ver donde encontraron los cuerpos de esas dos pobres personas asesinadas.
El caso quedó inconcluso y el misterio sigue vivo.
