What korean food do you like the most? Personally, I like Jjajangmyeon. I know that food through korean drama but I know that Jjajangmyeon is kind of chinese food not korean food. Then I love Sundubu Jjigae. It's a tofu soup with chili powder, meat, and egg. I really love that food. When I posted about korean food restaurant last time, someone said that his wife like to eating bibimbap. At that time I thought I wanna eat bibimbap. Cause the bibimbap has many vegetables so I have to make Bibimbap. Bibimbap is a bowl of white rice with vegetables, beef, eggs, and spicy gochujang sauce. Bibimbap is literally means 'mixed rice' which comes from the words 'Bibim' means mix and 'Bap' means rice. Why was Bibimbap? Cause before you eating, you have to stir together the rice and all side dishes. So they call it's Bibimbap! Yeah, now I try make a bibimbab but my own make with local taste. Why do I mention with local taste? The real bibimbap has gochujang, korean chili sauce which is hard to find the halal gochujang so I replace the gochujang with Indonesian chili sauce, Sambal Terasi. *terasi is shrimp and fish paste* **Let's get it!** -----
