The music of @esteliopadilla
@esteliopadilla para la edición #77 de #hiveopenmic nos comparte la canción "Gracias a la vida" de la cantautora chilena Violeta Parra (1917-1967). Algo que llama bastante la atención es el arpegiado que se realiza en la introducción muy propio de varios años de experiencia en la guitarra y posteriormente se prosigue con el rasgueo característico de la canción; la voz hace una perfecta combinación con los acordes que son tocados por casi 3 minutos y 40 segundos. La letra de la canción en si misma, encierra bastantes metáforas poéticas de agradecimiento y alegría de vivir, en definitiva una excelente canción y también una muy buena interpretación por parte de @esteliopadilla.

En Purple mushrooms, el autor nos muestra una serie de hongos que hizo en una salida al bosque, realizando la foto desde el modo macro lo que nos permite detallar la textura, el color sublime del contraste que hace con el fondo natural, otro aspecto a resaltar es el modo retrato que nos da ese efecto de desenfoque para captar la atención del objetivo.

"Don Pedro el Fantasma" es un relato muy gracioso, narrador en primera persona, con una mezcla muy creativa entre ficción y realidad. Si se animan a leerlo conocerán a don Pedro, un fantasma que lo asignaron al quinto piso de un edificio y que irónicamente queda atrapado en su piso porque le tiene miedo a los ascensores. Insisto, después de las primeras líneas, pasarán de la risa a conocer más a este simpático fantasma; y ya, para el final, puede que hasta sientan nostalgia si lo llegan a cambiar de residencia porque él ya forma parte de todos en el edificio.

La publicación de esta semana, Sierras de Jaén, es una pintura de acuarela que tiene un paisaje ubicado al noreste de Andalucía, España. Se puede observar un juego de manchas y una técnica bastante limpia, obtenemos una pintura excelentes con una armonía de colores muy agradable, captando muy bien la belleza de la localidad.

In When seasons meet..., we find five photos of the Stugudalen valley in Norway, taken at the turn of autumn to winter. In each of the photos, the photographer has used the concrete to capture the abstract as subject, as in the above photo, the abstract subject of which I would identify as 'isolation' or even 'remoteness.' The photos are best appreciated by taking a moment to ponder them, as one would a poem.
