小时候我们老家那里有澡堂子，长辈们会定时带家里孩子去那里洗澡，会携带一些水果如橙子、橘子、香蕉、苹果、梨等等，还有牛奶或其他口味的饮料；再小一些的孩子还会拿着好些玩具之类的。 不知道什么时候这种澡堂子逐渐消失了，大家基本都是在自家洗澡；或休息时去跑温泉，泡温泉的中途可以随时出去买饮品或小点心等补充能量，无需自带。

北京突发断崖式降温，夜间温度快零下10°了，还有半夜呼啦呼啦的大风，很冷🥶 周边不少人感冒流鼻涕……也许是流感，又让人想到了疫情最初的🐏，总之病毒来袭，中招的人都很遭罪。 每天带着口罩，依然感冒咳嗽了（此刻好羡慕那些免疫力极高人），不过我怀疑是被我外甥女传染的😂，我姐那边先感冒——接着外甥女——我和她们一起吃顿饭后也中招了😂。庆幸我的状态是喉咙发痒，会不定时咳嗽，倒没有发烧。

之前有人在朋友圈说，头发太长了，在冬天更想剪头发。我当时觉得很奇怪，我就给她留言问她，为什么冬天想剪头发，剪了不是更冷吗？ 然后她回答我说，头发太长了，吹头发很麻烦。我就说，可以在有太阳的时候洗，洗完出去晒太阳，然后这有时候并不能实现。因为上班等原因可能赶不上太阳在的时候洗头。然后我就说我有时候也觉得麻烦，然后头发不干我就睡着了。
