Así que lo menos que queremos es cocinar pero como no podemos comprar comida fuera todos los domingo intentamos preparar algo que no tome mucho trabajo y para mí eso significa pasta y eliminar la proteína ya que incluirla alargaría todo el proceso e implicaría más trabajo. Por ése motivo mi opción favorita son los vegetales!
