Positive Seite des Shutdowns, ich habe jetzt ernsthaft zu kochen begonnen und diesmal ein bulgarisches Rezept für Fleischlaibchen auch bekannt als Kjufteta (кюфтета) oder Köfte ausprobiert.
Für die Fleischlaibchen braucht man Faschiertes (Hackfleisch), Ei, wahlweise mit oder ohne Semmelbrösel (habs ohne gemacht), Zwiebeln und das Wichtigste viele Gewürze. Traditionell mit "Chubritsa" (Sommer-Bohnenkraut), Cumin (Kreuzkümmel) und rotem Pfeffer.

Positive side of the shutdown, I have now seriously started to cook and this time I tried a Bulgarian recipe for burgers also known as Kjufteta (кюфтета) or Köfte.
For the burgers you need minced meat, egg, with or without breadcrumbs (I made it without), onions and most important many spices. Traditionally with "Chubritsa" (summer savory), cumin and red pepper.
