Garlic spaghetti with prawns

The spaghetti with garlic is a very simple recipe to make pasta, it takes about 15 minutes to do it and has very cheap ingredients. Even more if you omit the prawns. That is, it is one of these "easy, fast and economic" recipes.

Ingredients


  • 200g raisin (spaghetti)
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 6 or 8 prawns, prawns or shrimp
  • Parsley
  • Olive oil
  • Salt


Preparation


1.- Cook the spaghetti. We put a handful of salt in a pan with plenty of water, and bring it to a boil. When it boils in a gulp, we put the spaghetti and let them cook for about 10 minutes. Until they are "al dente"

2.- While they are cooking, we peel and chop the garlic cloves

3.- In a large skillet, put a drizzle of olive oil, very soft fire. We put the chopped garlic and let them cook very soft fire for about 3 minutes. That do not catch color

4.- We raise the heat and add the prawns now. We let cook 1 minute more. Enough time for both prawns and garlic to take on a golden color

5.- Drain the spaghetti from the water, reserving two tablespoons of the cooking broth. Add the spaghetti to the pan, with the garlic and prawns. We added the cooking water we had reserved and some chopped parsley. We let cook one more minute, while we stir constantly. Spaghetti ready!
