How to make Palak Methi Dal

Ingredients

1.1 glass hacked palak (spinach)

2.1 glass toor dal

3.3/4 glass hacked tomatoes

4.1/2 glass choped onions

5.1 glass hacked new methi leaves.

6.1 tsp coriander powder

7.1-2 green bean stew opening

8.1/4 tsp turmeric powder

9.1/4 tsp bean stew powder

10.1 tsp ground ginger garlic

Cooking method

Warmth oil in weight cooker ,include onions,grated ginger garlic,green chilli,turmeric powder and broil till onion end up plainly translucent.

Wash dal pleasantly and include some water and keep it a side

Include all masala(A mixture of ground spices used in Indian cooking.) and broil for a moment, include all greens and sear for one more moment

Include hacked tomato and broil till it turn out to be delicate

Include dal with water and close the top ,let it cooker with weight for 3 wistles and 3 more minutes.

Once the weight of the cooker decreases open the top and again bubble it in medium fire ,check the consistency if u require include little water concurring your decision

Presently set up the treating by warming 1 tsp ‘clarified butter' in a container and include cummin seeds and hing ,once cummin seeds splutter add this hardening to the dal and blend pleasantly ,let it bubble for one more min and at that point take the cooker off the fire

serve hot with rice or rotis..
