1- Because some people will never say sorry, even when it is obvious that they are wrong?
It is simple, because that person is totally full of pride, when the person does not recognize his mistakes is because that pride has hardened his heart and that hardening produces a shell in his life causing him not to recognize his weaknesses and defects.
2- How do we handle friends or people who will never say they feel it?
It is difficult to manage or control, because it usually affects us a lot that a friend or very close person does not recognize their faults and what remains is to have a lot of patience, if we certainly want to keep those kind of people on our side.
3- What is the importance of saying sorry?
When we commit a fault and we recognize saying that we feel it automatically, we remove all weight from ourselves, we demonstrate humility, and we also demonstrate how important that person is to whom we have failed in some way.
