Conscious Music you have probably never heard of | #29 | Master Margherita - Hippies With Gadgets

A perfect mystical blend of a multitude of various styles Master Margherita's music is a grand fusion of ambience genres with heaps of psychedelia and world influences. Percussion-rich and drone-heavy this record would be a fabulous excursion for a realxing weekend or a meditative journey into times past within the human story.

The album is a goldmine of ambient soundscapes and a mellow permission slip to chill and let go of the ceaseless mindchatter to instead breathe and let thoughts and feelings arrive and depart as they will.

The emphasis on rich drone-sounds lends a substantial bit of warmth and emotional resonance to the album, something that I can thoroughly appreciate after an overly busy week. Slow beats and rich reverb-guitars, dubby grooves and reggae feel become a melting pot of soothing music - what else do we really need to let go? ;)

Where some albums aim to get stuck in people's heads, this is more of a uniquely sounding, unsticky proposition in sound that is pleasant while it stays and not intrusive even after it leaves.

Due to its mellow character, its soft delivery and its unsticky progressions this album would be an awesome piece of music to study or work to as well. It's fabulous music to have in the background for mostly anything.
