Conscious Music you have probably never heard of | #54 | Globular - A Self-Fulfilling Prophecy

This album will be the third of Globular's amazing records within this list, though this is the album that was with me from the very beginning of my psy journeys across Europe, my very first actual psydub record I fell in love with. It was a real waysign so to speak, fusing deep and transcendant music with inviting atmospheres, instruments of an ancient human nature, beats based on a dubby modern style and a ton of world-music influences to create something truly magnificent and unique.

Though inspired by some of the great psybient classics like Ott and Shpongle, Globular's music is a class of its own with tracks that catch the listener by surprise and draw us in in ways seldomly heard before.

If you ever get the chance to go on a psychedelic experience and are wondering what music might be a good to take along (and not too overbearing as artists like Kalya Scintilla might be), try this record out! Globular's music does create a strong vortex but it sways like nature and always carries familiar human elements in its design and sonic signature that feels like a safety anchor in a swirling symphony of detail.

As most of globular's music "A Self-Fulfilling Prophecy" has been released on ektoplazm.com to be downloaded for free in high quality. Come check it out!

You can also support the artist directly via his bandcamp page and find all the releases he has done.

Come take the plunge into the vortex, it is much more immediate and closer than you may think ;)
