“A mentally deranged individual attacked passengers on a bus. The unstable individual used a knife to cut the throats of the injured. After the attack, the deranged attacker, praying to her deity, did not respond to police questioning. The attacker was sent to a hospital for mental evaluation and is being held without bail.”
